Diet Planning - Initial consultation, personalized meals based on existing eating habits, nutritional guidance, ongoing support and adjustments
Workout Plans - For beginners to advanced athletes, from home workouts to gym workouts, initial consultation, designed with variety and progression, ongoing support and adjustments
Accountability and Motivational Check-ins - Weekly calls (or in person, if local) to set goals and progress, keep you motivated, 5 rules to success, Consistency, Commitment, Dedication, Sacrifice, Discipline
Fitness is a life style, NOT a temporary endeavor.
Balance is KEY, your fitness plan/training must have balance to achieve your goals.
Pricing:
Diet Planning starts at $100.00 for a 4 week plan, for the initial consultation and start.
Workout Plans start at $100.00 and up, 3 days a week plans, 4 days a week plans and 5 days a week plans.
Accountability and Motivational Check-ins start at $25.00 for 30 minute calls once a week, the check-ins can be purchased individually or 4 at a time.
